About Varsha

Varsha understands how life can sometimes feel overwhelming and difficult to balance. She understands that navigating the challenges of work, relationships, and personal responsibilities can be a struggle, and she can assist in finding balance, cultivating inner calm, and fostering healthier relationships. She serves as a compassionate guide for those grappling with relationship difficulties, offering robust support to enhance communication, foster closeness, overcome challenges, and establish a safe space for emotional expression. Her assistance is characterized by a compassionate approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual or couple.

Varsha is deeply committed to maintaining confidentiality and avoiding judgment. Her philosophy centers around collaborative efforts to bring about positive change, with a belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. She uses her education and experience to help clients and works closely with them to make progress. She understands how relationships shape who we are, and collaborates with individuals, couples, or families, taking into account the impact of all the relationships that influence them.

Varsha has a strong educational background and holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron and a bachelor's degree in Human Development from Jadavpur University. She's also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She's done special training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches such as Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to provide support.

Outside of work, Varsha enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and watching TV shows.
